Return, Refund and Cancellation
You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You Would be required to arrange for the reverse logistics.
Return would only be accepted if the product is received by you in a damaged condition or the product received by you is different from that you bought on this website.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)
From the day of receipt of return item from you, we will notify you of approval within 24 hours and shall initiate refund with the payment gateway within 3 working days from date of receipt of return item.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
For Cash on Delivery, we will process your refund through NEFT. You will have to provide us your bank details for the same.
In case of COD, From the day of receipt of return item from you, we will notify you of approval within 24 hours and shall process refund by NEFT within 3 working days from receipt of your bank account details.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Only in conditions when you return owing to goods being defected or receiving good different from what you ordered, we will return the shipping cost as well.
You can cancel the order by emailing on email@example.com or filling up the contact us form. If your cancellation request is received before we have shipped the product, we will refund your amount in full. However, if you cancel the order after shipping has been done, we will deduct the shipping cost incurred by us and refund the rest of the amount. We shall initiate the refund with our payment gateway partner within 3 days of your cancellation request.
